We can also design forms for automated data capture utilising Optical Character Recognition (OCR) or Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR).
When captured, the data can then be output in a variety of different formats, including delimited ASCII files, spreadsheets, Access or SQL database files, for onward analysis and data mining.
Of course if you want the scanned image kept, too, then all you have to do is ask!
