| SMS can: • Collect your material to be converted, using our own vans and drivers; • Prepare the material for conversion; • Convert the filmed images into digital images/hard copy; • Archive material on to suitable format: paper, CD, DVD, Server etc; • Or convert the digital images or hard copy into microfilm/fiche or aperture cards; • Index the Images to your specified criteria; • Supply DocStore Viewer to access, edit, import, and e-mail document images in digital format; • Return, store or securely destroy originals.
